Compliance

Compliance issues are identified by either regular Compliance Inspections, performed by our Community Relations department or notification by a concerned Desert Shores Resident.
Compliance Inspections are conducted on a monthly basis, of all neighborhoods in the community (gated and non-gated) to ensure that they meet the standards set forth in our governing documents (CC&R’s and Policies and Guidelines) for Desert Shores Master Association.

Reporting a Violation

If you are Desert Shores resident and have a concern about another property in Desert Shores that you would like investigated by Community Relations, please report the issue using the form below or by contacting the Community Relations Coordinator.

Please note: the association can only enforce and remedy violations of the CC&Rs, By-laws, and Policies. If you are in an emergency situation or for issues outside the scope of the Homeowner Association, please contact the appropriate authority. See our City & Government Contacts for more details.

Responding to a Violation

If you have received a courtesy or other violation notice from Community Relations, and would like to submit your response online, please use the following form and select "Respond to Violation Received" or you can submit your response to via email to crc@mydesertshores.com.
