After Hours Support

If this is a life threatening emergency please call 911.

For all after hour emergencies, please call the general office number at 702-254-1020. The answering service answers all calls when the office is closed. During regular office hours if your call is not answered we are with a customer or on another call, so please leave a detailed message and someone will call you back within the hour.

Courtesy Patrol

DSCA uses an outside contractor to provide courtesy patrol services of the common areas when the office is closed. Common areas include but are not limited to the: Clubhouse, lagoon pool & park, lakes, docks, greenbelts and parks around the lakes. They enforce the rules and regulations of these areas including prohibiting feeding of waterfowl, fishing or boating without a DSCA ID, walking pets without a leash or any unauthorized use of the common areas. They are not empowered to make arrests but will report to Metro any suspicious or criminal behavior anywhere within the community. Home security is not the responsibility of the HOA but rests with the homeowner, so please report any suspicious or criminal activity immediately, first to Metro, and then to our office or answering service, who in turn will inform the Patrol Personnel on duty to help monitor an area or compliant.
